The framework forms part of an open framework scheme with a maximum overall duration of 8 years. Tenderers may submit tenders for any number of Lots but may be appointed to a maximum of two Lots. Tenderers bidding for more than two Lots must rank the Lots in order of preference. Where a Tenderer achieves an appointable position on more than two Lots, it will be appointed to its two highest-preference Lots on which it achieved an appointable position. It will then be removed from consideration for further Lots and the next highest-ranked eligible Tenderer will be considered, subject to the same two-Lot restriction.

The framework forms part of an open framework scheme with a maximum overall duration of 8 years. The scheme will be reopened in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 through the award of successive frameworks on substantially the same terms.

Tenderers may submit tenders for any number of Lots but may be appointed to a maximum of two Lots. Tenderers bidding for more than two Lots must rank the Lots in order of preference. Where a Tenderer achieves an appointable position on more than two Lots, it will be appointed to its two highest-preference Lots on which it achieved an appointable position. It will then be removed from consideration for further Lots and the next highest-ranked eligible Tenderer will be considered, subject to the same two-Lot restriction.
