Tai Calon is seeking a competent design and build contractor from the start of RIBA Stage 4, to deliver a development of 27 residential dwellings for social rent, together with site preparation works, drainage and external works including any required offsite drainage and highways work at Glanffrwd Terrace, Beaufort, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6JA. The start date for the mobilisation of the works is 10th February 2020 with a 48 week contract period.
