Bidders should note that they will be required to enter into the terms and conditions of contract as set out in the tender documents and that, save for matters of clarification or consistency, the Contracting Authority will not negotiate the terms.
The Contracting Authority is proposing to use the Open Procedure to conduct this procurement. All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of the bidders.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the Contract in whole or in part. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to pause, halt and/or abandon the procurement process and not to award the Contract.
To complete your formal proposal, please access the ITT via the eTenderWales portal, where you will find the full suite of tender documentation.
1. Register your organisation on the eTenderWales portal (only required once)
Access the portal at: https://etenderwales.ukp.app.jaggaer.com/web/login.shtml
Click the link to register.
Accept the terms and conditions and select "Continue".
Enter your organisation and user details.
2. Express an interest in the tender
Log into the portal using your username and password.
Select "ITT Open to all Suppliers".
Locate ITT-128111 – World SACT Model for SACT Delivery.
Click "Express Interest".
This will move the opportunity to your "My ITTs" area, where you can access the procurement documents and submit your response.
3. Responding to the tender
Select "My Response" within the ITT details.
Choose either "Create Response" or "Decline to Respond" (providing a reason if declining).
Use the messaging function within the portal to submit clarification questions.
Ensure your completed tender response is submitted before the deadline stated within the ITT documentation.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
