This procurement exercise is being carried out via Bravo E-tendering Portal and you are required to register your Company's details so that you will have visibility of all open access opportunities, including this particular contract. The process of registering on the website is free and simple and is explained fully below:-

1. Register your company on the xchangewales portal (this is only required once)
- Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk/nhs
- Click the “Click here to register” link
- Accept the terms and conditions and click “continue”
- Enter your correct business and user details
- Note the username you chose and click “Save” when complete
- You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure)
2. Express an Interest in the PQQ
- Login to the portal with the username/password
- Click the “Open Access PQQs” link. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires open to any registered supplier)
- Click on the relevant PQQ to access the content.
- Click the “Express Interest” button in the “Actions” box on the left-hand side of the page.
- This will move the PQQ into your “My PQQs” page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only)
3. Responding to the PQQ
- You can now choose to “Reply” or “Reject” (please give a reason if rejecting)
- You can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification
- Note the deadline for completion, see below, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ
- There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available). Please ensure you upload your completed PQQ Form.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME FOR RECEIPT OF PRE QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRES IS 11AM MONDAY 17TH OCTOBER 2016.
The Contracting Authority will not accept completed PQQ's after the stated closing date.
All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of the bidders.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the contract in whole, in part or annul the tendering process and not award any contract.
