Newport City Homes requirement under this Contract is for Refurbishment of six flats including the block communal area. Full Welsh Housing Quality Standard renovations including all kitchens, bathrooms and boilers and carcassing including a full rewire. The project also will be dealing with failed cavity fill, which will have to be removed and the cavity completely cleaned. Also a new roof including soffits fascia’s and rainwater goods. New windows and doors throughout internally and externally. The communal areas will also be refurbished with tiled floors redecoration and new security doors and windows
