Crynodeb
The Centre requires the services of an organisation to provide specialist procurement support. This support is required in two phases:
Phase 1
- To undertake an analysis of the Centre’s current procurement policies & procedures, to assess compliance with EU funding/ WEFO guidance and to prepare a report including recommendations for any improvement;
- To provide advice about the inclusion of community benefits within procurement processes;
- To provide training for the management team on developing and implementing procurement processes.
Phase 2
- To support the Centre to implement any improvements to existing procurement policies and procedures;
- To support manager(s) to undertake initial procurement procedures including an RFQ Process, PQQ Process, ITT Process and OJEU Process as well as the development of a Framework;
- To provide ongoing advice and support about procurement as required, including advice on any updates or changes to procurement policies or procedures by Government and others.

Disgrifiad o'r contract
