Sport Wales National Centre are looking to replace our existing faulty air conditioning units in various areas of the building. Please see attached list. Works must be completed by March 2026 and schedule must take into consideration our existing bookings. All old units are to be removed.

PN/SW/ACLX/140125 - Lennox air conditioning (17+years) The two Lennox units serving the boxing hall are 17+ years old, they have a number of inherent issues that cause the units to lockout and require resetting. Given the age we would recommend they be considered for replacement rather than the ongoing repairs. We would propose replacing the 2No Lennox units that are rated at 35kW each, with 6No Mitsubishi 12.5kW systems with 6 under ceiling high level fan coil units. Destratification Fans

3. IT Comms Room 1st Floor Mitsubishi Model: 2No FDC71VNP & SRK71ZRW Inverter driven heat pump system rated at 7.1kW per system.

4. Cardio Gym Ground Floor. Mitsubishi Model 2No FDE125VH & FDC125VSA-WX Inverter driven heat pump system rated at 12.5kW per system.

5. Jubilee Suites Mitsubishi Model 2No FDT100VH & FDC100VSA-WX Inverter driven heat pump system rated at 12.5kW per system.

6. Sophia Suite 1 & 2 - 1st Floor. Mitsubishi Model 2No FDT100VH & FDC100VSA-WX Inverter driven heat pump system rated at 12.5kW per system

7. Assistant Director & Technical Manager Office Mitsubishi Model: 2No FDC71VNP & SRK71ZRW Inverter driven heat pump system rated at 2.5kW per system.
